I got this jacket not knowing if I wanted a vest or a jacket because I didn't know how warm just the product would be. However I've seen myself obsess over being sure it' charged up as my car has no heating and well, it' cold out.. I'm prone to shivering and shaking a lot in the cold and this jacket has completely stopped that. I no longer deal with the tiredness of my body unable to process and manage the cold because the jacket heats up fast! I'm also extremely forgetful, so I really like the feature that turns it to medium heat if it' initially on the super hot (not skin burning) setting. I didn't realize there were spots for patches, but as soon as I did I ordered some for personalization! Gosh it' such a me jacket now! I think one of my favorite parts is all of the pocket space inside and outside of the jacket. Overall for me, this was a 10/10 product and I have no regrets. The battery life is also pretty good! I've noticed I'm able to wear it for at least 2 hours a day nearly nonstop with it on and have it for 2 or 3 days without feeling the need for a recharge. I try to plug it in every night however just to be ready! If you're unsure, but needing a good heated jacket this is absolutely the place to go! Plus the battery pack is a type C, so I can use my phone charger on the go need be. True to size as well!
